Koinize

Terms for using Koinize

Draft of 5 November 2026

This is a draft. It is being reviewed and may change before koinize.com moves to this site.

1. About these terms

Koinize Pty Ltd (“Koinize”, “we”, “us”) runs koinize.com. These terms apply when you use the site, its API or its MCP server, yourself or through an AI assistant or a program acting for you.

By using the site you accept these terms. If you don’t accept them, please don’t use it.

2. What Koinize is

Koinize is an information website about cryptocurrencies: guides to coins, exchanges, wallets and the ideas behind them, and market figures collected from public sources, such as CoinGecko and DefiLlama.

We don’t sell, hold, exchange or recover cryptocurrency for anyone, and we don’t run an exchange or a wallet. We are not a broker or a financial adviser.

3. Not financial advice

Everything on Koinize is general information. It does not take your objectives, financial situation or needs into account, and it is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, nor a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.

Cryptocurrencies are volatile and you can lose all of what you put in. Before you decide, do your own research and consider advice from a licensed professional. A coin, exchange or wallet on Koinize, or a link to it, is not an endorsement.

4. The figures

Prices, market caps, volumes, trust scores, values locked and the other figures come from their sources, as they were when we read them; each says where it comes from and when. They may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and they are not meant for trading.

The guides were written between 2023 and 2025. Figures in their text are as they were then; the live ones are shown beside them.

5. Other sites

Koinize links to exchanges, wallets, projects and other sites. We don’t control them, and their own terms and policies apply when you use them.

6. The API and MCP server

The API and the MCP server are free to use, as described on For AI agents. When you show their figures, say where they come from and when, as each answer does, and link to Koinize.

They come with no promise of availability, and they may change. We may limit or block use that loads our servers more than fair use does.

7. Acceptable use

Don’t use the site to break the law, to attack it or overload it, or to get into parts of it or of our systems you are not meant to. If you need the data, use the API rather than copying the pages in bulk.

8. Intellectual property

The site, its design and its guides belong to Koinize or its licensors. You may quote short parts with a link to the page. Market data belongs to its sources and is shown under their terms; the names and logos of coins, exchanges and projects belong to their owners.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms takes away the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.

Within those rights, the site, the API and the MCP server are provided as they are, and Koinize is not liable for losses that come from using them or from decisions made on their information, as far as the law allows.

10. Privacy

How we handle personal information is set out in our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. The date at the top says which version you are reading.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction.

13. Contact

Questions about these terms: support@koinize.com, or see Contact.
